Ramon Looby is the Founder and Managing Partner of AXXALE, where he leads strategic initiatives to support government, business, civic, and non-profit originations in navigating complex communications, policy, and community landscapes. With a deep commitment to providing a world-class experience to his clients, Looby established AXXALE to provide expertise in strategic communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
Before founding AXXALE, Looby served as President and CEO of the Maryland Bankers Association (MBA), the premier professional association representing Maryland’s commercial banks and thrifts. In this role, he positioned MBA as a critical resource for the industry, advocating for responsible banking policies and supporting the economic vitality of Maryland communities.
Ramon earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Florida. His early career in public service and community engagement has informed his work and continues to inspire his leadership approach at AXXALE.
